The Ecohealth Criteria was created based on the 7 Principles of Healthy Housing developed by the National Center for Healthy Housing and is measured against the NAHB Green Building Guidelines. We strive to ensure our homes are truly the healthiest and most sustain-ably constructed. It is the use of design and construction methods and materials that are resource efficient and will not compromise the health of the environment or the associated health and well-being of the building’s occupants, builders, the general public, or future generations
