The package includes a 23 cu ft. refrigerator, a deluxe range and a tall tub dishwasher ($3,200 value). Additionally, if you would like to upgrade your appliance package, we'll subtract the value of the GE Appliance Package #2 from the upgraded package's total cost. The value calculated is based on pricing for the package as listed in our Manorwood Homes 2014 Option Price List. If package is upgraded, a total value of $2,600 will be deducted from the final cost of the upgraded package you select.
