The Immeasurable Metric

In any business, there are metrics that need to be measured and met. Sales goals, revenue goals, customer acquisition, etc.. At Select Modular Homes, one of our most important metric is customer satisfaction. We don't send out complicated surveys and we don't ask for star ratings, we just make sure that our conversations with our customers are helpful and meaningful. We don't benchmark this goal and we don't measure in quantity. This metric is immeasurable for us, because the residual 'feel good' benefits from making our customers happy cannot be graphed on a spreadsheet. We received the following letter from one of our customers and it made us happier than any sales goal accomplishment ever could. Click on the image below for a larger view.
